    After deciding on your tour period and having made your flight or ferry reservations to Holland, the booking procedure for your Tulip Cycling tour is easy and safe. Simply click one of the two blue buttons and note down your tour choices and method of payment onto the online-booking-form, or the print-out version.

    You will receive an email containing the tour confirmation and deposit payment instructions. Within one week we will send you the written confirmation and a detailed invoice by regular mail. Four weeks before the start of your tour you will receive the tour specifications including general tour details and information about Holland, the meeting procedures, accommodation details and your route overview.

    Payment policy

    • We accept all currencies.
    • Payments can be made:

      •        - by credit card:
             - by cheque;
             - into our US$ bank account;
             - into our Euro bank account;
    • Tulip Cycling adheres to the credit card payments Securing Policy

    • The deposit for every booking is Euro 100 (or the equivalent).
    • The balance of the trip cost is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
    • Trip invoices will be sent to the first participant indicated and have to be paid undivided.
    • The invoice includes the costs for the equipment and tour support items. Although your accommodation has already been reserved and confirmed by Tulip Cycling, the accommodation has to be paid by you at each hotel / B & B during your trip.
