Payment policy

- We accept all currencies.
- Payments can be made:
- by credit card:
- into our Euro bank account;
- Tulip Cycling adheres to the credit card payments Securing Policy
- The deposit for every booking is Euro 100 (or the equivalent).
- The balance of the trip cost is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
- Trip invoices will be sent to the first participant indicated and have to be paid undivided.
- The invoice includes the costs for the equipment and tour support items. Although your accommodation has already been reserved and confirmed by Tulip Cycling, the accommodation has to be paid by you at each hotel / B & B during your trip.
